Understand the costs and timeline

There are costs involved in some of the pathways available via the service. Some don’t cost a thing, and some are charged based on the time of a neutral expert.

Submit your matter via our portal

Our portal will take your submission and direct it to the right person. This is often the Resolution Facilitator. Our portal allows your matter to be tracked at each step and for you to communicate with us securely.
